Transition Advisory Report

This report reflects the strategy, lived experience, and expertise of more than 45 St. Louis leaders from a wide range of backgrounds and sectors.  Over the course of eight weeks beginning in early May 2025, these community-minded individuals came together to contribute their time, insights, and ideas. Recommendations were also informed by input from members of the public, submitted through the CHANGEforSTL website.
